"The Making of A Singapore Sling" is an original oil painting by Mr Guy Buffet. This renowned French artist was commissioned by Raffles Hotel to depict the Singapore Sling on canvas. This painting captures a bartender mixing the famous cocktail, first concocted at the turn-of-the-century by Raffles Hotel's bartender, Ngiam Tong Boon.
